Hello and welcome to my blog!
I feel like I’m saying this as every month passes but…this year is flying by! August came and went so fast, and to be honest, I had quite a great month.
I had such a lovely birthday where I was absolutely spoiled with gifts – including a tripod! I learnt I got an extension of my contract at work so I’ll be working in the library longer- which I’m over the moon with!
And I read a total of 10 books! That included 7 physical books, 1 physical library book and 2 ebooks.
I feel like I’ve had a really great reading month and liked everything I read – besides the 1 star book😬so let’s get into all of the books I read in August:

I just can’t believe August is over! I feel like once August is over, it’s when I’m in autumnal mode – no matter the weather. Internally, I’m wearing a jumper and skipping through orange leaves😂
